Can't Donate?

Donated earlier, worked fine. Trying again now a couple of hours later and i've tried three times, keeps telling me my transaction was not completed. Is this normal? Is there some sort of internal clock?


EDIT: Says on my bank account the transaction is on hold? Why is it on hold for so long? (After reading a bit, it seems that Paymentwall has a reputation for being terrible.. Is that just all there is to it?)

Their fraud detection probably didn't like that you tried to make multiple donations on the same day. The money should be automatically returned to you in a few days.

If you still want to donate, you have 2 options:
1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
