WotLK I can't login to my account due to not knowing the password

Dear GM's,

I tried every way possible to reset my password or to find out what it is with absolutly zero success. I do acknowledge that I am logged on it right now but that's becouse it was saved on my browser.

I tried to reset the password but i keep getting this error no matter in what browser i do it in : "{"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}}

Thing is there is no recaptcha to be done when i enter the full name of the account, however, if i just put 3 random letters together it does indeed pop up...

I could try to find it out ingame but it keeps asking for the 2 factor and on the forum's it constantly keeps asking to do captchas which is annoying as hell.

Can any GM help me please? If any email is required please do PM me since I would have the outmost pleasure in sharing it with you.
