IP BAN for advertising, while i was not online for a long time![ANSWERED]

I got an IP ban for advertising but i have never advertised on the server, i have been gone for a long while so i think someone else was on my account while i was away? can i get some help!?

The advertising in this case is a generic response for banned VPN. If aVPN is caught with players meddling with bots and scamming it is banned and so is the IP of everyone using it. You need to contact [email protected], explain the situation and provide your Username and current IP. If its ok, your IP ban will be lifted and you will be able to ban appeal from our website, opening a support ticket. Only then your account will be checked for bad activity.
