WotLK opening game problem / launcher problem

hello! i'm not sure what to do i reinstalled the game twice and always end up with the same problem...

when i open the game i always have to do: the cinematic, scroll down accept, scroll down accept, then i have to reset resolution/window mode!

it's not a very big problem since my addons and everything else stays it's just annoying! i wonder if there's a known problem with the launcher that i would not be aware of!

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
