hello guys
i am new here and i dont understands some things around here and i dont know where to ask

1 Why there is a server overcrowded with people while the other one is dying? i mean yeah i get it that queue makes people donate for jumping the queue, but isnt this a little jewish?( yes in a racist kind of way) i mean you could transfer 4000 players to icc with no sweat.
2 i want to donate for some transmog items on the icc server and i cant use points neither coins(i would gladly donate for points). is there something wrong with my account or you can donate only on the 7x rate server, because there are people donating for jumping queues and stuff. why cant i donate for some xmogs items?
