Technical Dwarf character quote spamming bug

Hello! I have just created a dwarf character, and right from the start i heard quotes such as: ''Im your shooter'' or ''Fire!'', ''Hey you, catch!'' and so on... Basically Warcraft III Dwarven rifleman quotes. And it doesn't stop! It ranges from overlapping 3 quotes in 1 second to 1 quote in 30 secs. It is very frequent and, needless to say, highly annoying! I've tried running the game both with and without add ons - same thing happens. I asked around Dun Morough other dwarf players, some told me they hear it too some told me they do not hear it. I've also tried playing via different WotLK clients but to no avail. And it only happens on Dwarven race as i found out.
This is the first time ever i experience this /bug/. Is anyone else experiencing it? Is it normal(i'd say it isn't)? What's causing it? How to disable it?
