Ip ban due to advertising?[ANSWERED]

Since I lost all of my options I will try to write my problem here, maybe someone will respond.
I created new account so I can create ticket. I sent an email 2 weeks ago, still no response. My friend created a ticket but I did not receive any concrete answer. I have a problem with my internet and electricity. Every time there is a blackout ( and it happens almost every morning at around 4-7am) router changes its ip. Also sometimes my internet is so slow that I have to use internet from my phone. That is why you think that I am using vpn ( if that is the reason I got banned, I still dont know why you banned me). Still I dont know why you make such a problem if someone is using vpn, as I see its legal to use it in almost every country. But still I am not using vpn. I would really like to remove my ip ban since I cant spend my points, cant use unstuck...
I am using this account over 2 years I think, maybe more. I was never using vpn ( tho its legal to use it in 99% of the countries) .

The most legitimate reason why a website would block vpn access is to mitigate unlawful or annoying behavior. The problem with this technique is that it punishes more innocent people than it does criminals.

Since I cant use any options on my account I dont know what else to do. I guess even when you do nothing you still get banned here, same as in my country, if you kill a man if you got some money you will get away with it if you dont you go in jail. I guess that is how life goes, I really feel that guy who is giving bans doesnt even care. I donated here real money that I worked hard for it. Gave away my time playing this game, on this server and this is how I get it back. Got banned for being poor and living in poor country. My character is Ledjenda ( since I dont want to post my username on forum ) and you can check if you want. I dont know, I feel so displeased with all of this and I am starting to fell like it is personal. First all from Serbia cant donate, now giving ip bans.

The advertising in this case is a generic response for banned VPN. If aVPN is caught with players meddling with bots and scamming it is banned and so is the IP of everyone using it. You need to contact [email protected], explain the situation and provide your Username and current IP. If its ok, your IP ban will be lifted and you will be able to ban appeal from our website, opening a support ticket. Only then your account will be checked for bad activity.
