{H} Looking For Guild

Hi, as title says i'm looking for guild on Icecrown realm on Horde side, preferably guild that has 10/25 nm on farm and heroic (atleast to some point).
I don't mind interview or application, and only thing that is required from my side is that guild does NOT use DKP, rather normal MS/OS Roll sistem.
Some info about me: I'm 23 years old from Bosnia and i'm studying Mechanical Engineering.
I came back to Warmane 3-4 weeks ago after quite a pause, and started fresh on Icecrown.
I'm expirienced player and i played all classes trough expansions, started to play at the end of TBC then when Molten-wow showed up i went on Wotlk and stuck around till they opened cata realms, after that i went to retail and played all the way up to BFA, leveled my main and got burned out from grind even before first raid so i decided to take a break and came back here to chill on Wotlk.
Some of my accomplishments are being R1(realm)Top 10(EU) resto shaman on all 13 bosses on Mythic in Hellfire Citadel during WoD on Realm Lightning's Blade, this is also time i played most, so i had all classes on max level and geared.
My main character is Feral Druid tank with Feral dps offspec (Obnox, 5,5k gs atm).
As for now my alts are in leveling/gearing process and wont be raid ready for couple of weeks.

I doubt you would find any guild that fulfills your requirement. Looting system is necessary for such guilds, meaning the more dedication you have, more likely you get to upgrade your gears. It's just not fair that some newbie joins some guild and takes bis items away from active raiders because they are luckier
