    Help! Got Bugged out!!

    So i was playing normaly just doing quest ,killing some mobs ,and all of a sudden,my wow glitched and froze,getting me killed. After that i normaly pressed the release the spirit button but my ghost was totally bugged and like already dead that i couldnt even use the healer to revive,. I was dead just like the normal way u die,lying on the ground and stucked,cant move nor ress,.. Help!
