WotLK Mails deleted

I lost all my mails with sale pendings when the server crashed, I opened a ticket, they said they can t do anything about it.

Now I lost these:

Which is really unacceptable in my point of view to just *can t do anything*

Did anyone else had this issue?

Sale pending mail is just like a heads up that you'll get the gold in about an hour. Nothing more.

You can see that you've recievend the gold for the boots but you still keep the sale pending mail for whatever reason. Actual gold mail has probably came through, I've never had it go missing.

I lost some mails too, sent to alt and after server crash came "Unknown" mails with nothing in them and items disappeared into abyss. Got the same copy-pasta response.

Can't be sure if any mails from AH have disappeared for me, sometimes I get the feeling that something does not add up. But I get thousands of mails and if something disappeared - sucks, but whatever.

I know what sale pending is, the money HAS to come, but for me, it never came, I really don t care about the money, this is a serious bug and has to be taken care of

it's a known bug. https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/9598 nothing you can do but vote it up and wait for a fix.

I've NEVER encountered this kind of bug.

Honestly, I think you're not paying attention while you are panic looking at always empty "sale pending" -mails.

I collected the money from the succsessful one, but those sale pending ones did not come, they just disappeared

Update: I thought only my alt is bugged, but seems like my main also, it s the whole account, I am not receiveing any money from sales, I will have to stop using auction house because I already lost a large amount of money, I have no idea what to do, from 100 sales I receive the gold from 10, maximum.

ANOTHER UPDATE: after the lastest restart(29/07/2019) my whole mails got deleted : ) this is.................. amazing
