WotLK how to dismount opponents?

Hi guys,

yes. I don't exactly know how to do that on opponents. I play as a warlock , do i have a chance to get them of their horses if they don't wanna fight? I mean i can slow them with a curse, but even then i can't perfectly catch up if they just run away. Oh and i'm level 38 atm.

Any advice?

You can't dismount them but you can fear them so they lose control of their character while you attack them.
