WotLK Keep disconnecting over and over.

hey guys,

since yesterday i keep getting dc-ed and lagging in every area (not only crowded ones) ive tried without addons , deleted the wtf-folder, looked at my firewall settings, even deleted everything and downloaded it all over again , still when i enter the game it doesnt take long for my character lagging all over the place
i also get teleported back 10 seconds or some when i try anything

ive never experienced this problem before but it makes it litteraly unplayable :(

anyone experienced this before and has a solution maybe ?
