Custom warmane items

Is it possible for warmane to create its own, new items for the game? Like create new weapons and armor? Stuff like that? Keep new content coming for the servers?

I suppose so as long as they reuse models.

Hopefully they won't, but I've always toyed with the idea of a caster item that's comparable to Shadowmourne.

Sure it's possible but it takes time away from working on other things. Generically we're not interested in custom content, as stated in our suggestion rules, but not entirely ruled out.

I can’t see how custom content could hurt, if anything it would ensure that the servers get new content, even if it’s just new items to earn or find in drops.

Otherwise, how long until they wipe lorderon ?

Lord has been having a steady pop over the last year, once the hype died down people that like x1 stayed and played. I think most people want the classic WotLK experience, and not a fun server. That being said, transmog worked well enough. So i think only subtle things will work, but I doubt many people would like the idea of something like a new custom tear being introduced.

Transmog was anything but subtle, but what were we to do once it was introduced?

Thankfully the switch was eventually implemented.
