Low FPS with modern high-end PC
Greetings everyone,
I've recently upgraded my PC and I've been having issues. Namely, my FPS is even lower than the two upgrades prior. Looking at the task manger, I can see that the resources are not utilized completely, not even close. I have an 8-core processor and each core is being utilized maybe around 10%, while my graphics card is using only 30% and WoW is using only 600 MB of memory out of the available 12 GB. I'm absolutely certain that I am having compatiblity issues and I will post screenshots here to show you.
I have a GTX 1070 8 GB VRAM and an Intel Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 @ 2.90 GHz. I should also say that I'm using Win10 on a workstation (as opposed to a normal PC). While my PC can be considered CPU bottlenecked, I can run BF1 on max settings with a smooth 60 FPS most of the time, so my PC configurations are not that bad.

Same here.
I have a i7-4770 and GTX 1660TI and my FPS on Dalaran is sometimes is lower than 22 fps
