WotLK Login server down

I start the game everytime i do the cinematic and eula start after that I try to log in.Connecting...connecting...connecting - login server is down can somebody help if they what the cause of this is?

1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
