Cataclysm Cannot start wow.exe,tracker dosent work.. Instalation problems

Hello, im new here
i have few problems with game, i downloaded today and when i try to open Wow.exe error comes out (with or without run as administrator and its the same) "ERROR #132 (0x65100084) fatal exeption!" and sometimes "Cannot steam required archive data. Please check the network connection."
and when i try run backgroundDownloader and i see 9.30GB of 15.4GB but wont download im getting error "The tracker is not respoding"
In folder Logs and text file Downloader i get this eror

EDIT: antivirus is off btw

1. cata realms on Warmane have been shut down

2. if you tagged this post Cataclysm by accident, it looks like the streaming server used by the "download as you play" client is down, so it doesn't know where to get data from

Is it possible to change server without downloading other one
