I am trying to donate via card and get a processing error. I called the bank and they said nothing had shown, it was likely on the merchant side. What is the email or mod to contact to try figuring out what the problem is?

It's most likely Paymentwalls fraud detection system. You have 2 options:
1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
