Good day I wanted to purchase the 57 coins Then the 33 coins. After purchasing the 57 coins and attempted to purchase the the 33 coins i got a message saying |Transaction wasn't completed".
Is is that there is cool down time I must wait before making another purchase or is something I should be worried about.

It's most likely Paymentwalls fraud detection system. It got triggered because you tried to make 2 donations in a row. You have 2 options:
1. Contact Paymentwall support (they will most likely ask you for pictures of your card and some documents).
2. Use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
