[ANSWERED]Lost character, Lost account, Banned email..

So once upon a time, I used to play here but unfortunately had to quit.

I remember that there were some bonuses from the server, such as free 80 lvl character completely geared with Furious main set and Something like 25 or 30 Coins...I made that character and it is called Sportakus, However, now that I am back to the game and to the server I can not log on to the account that this character is on.

I tried retrieving my password but Looks like my Email address is permanently banned for some reason, and while trying to get it unbanned or at least trying to find the reason I either didn't receive an answer or the answer was something like "It is not possible to unban the specified Email address due to serious rule trespassing"..

I was wondering if there is any chance that my email on this account which the character is on is changed to some other email that I choose, or at least If there is some way to change the password without the email...
