Site unable to update email or password

hello sir , i am facing the issue whenever i try to update my email or change my password m getting same error again and again . it always saying There was a problem sending your confirmation email. i want to update my old email with new one but because of this error m unable to do it , and now facing same issue for the chaning password. please solve my problem .
