[ANSWERED]My characters deleted?

Hey there! I cannot see any character names on the shop/marketplace for coins or points do they got deleted for inactivity ? i was about to come back and check my chars downloading the game atm but im worried they might got deleted :\ why can i not see their names on the shops when i select the realms?

It is possible that they got deleted in one of the inactivity cleanups. We announce them always beforehand.
