Lordaeron I can not use my e-mail / character password auto changed by warmane.. What now?

Hello, I contacted from in-game before but I always had the same copy/paste answer.

I lost my other character's e-mail password and can't recover it. and after a long term non login, you (warmane) changed the character password. So I can't use my character anymore. I want to play my character which I spent almost 2 years. I can give any info I remember with the character. And even I can send my ID card if required. Is there no way I can use my character again?

My registered mail adress is at gmail.com but Google is not letting me recover. I wrote them too but no answer is coming. Please investigate my caharacter and ask me anything.

Can't you help me? Is there no way?
