WotLK Low DPS on Shadow Priest

Good Morning all,

I leveled up a 2nd Char on Lordaeron. First was a MDPS (Fury Warr) and so I made me a lvl 80 Shadow Priest. Just wanted something different. Turns out, that i makes more fun to me. I got 40 Years of age last week. So I have a job and usually i am online just max one hour a day. That means, that I am quite a noob in WOW. My wife told me some years ago to check it out :-)
It made a lot of fun: so here I am. Please dont tell me the usual things like Shadow Priests suck and that I dont have enough practice and so on. I like this coming down after work. So here my issue:

My GS is about 5.9k, but I dont get my single target dps (on a training dummy in sw) not higher than 5000dps. Buffed up in raids it goes up to 6500. AOE seems to be ok - goes up to 18.000 dps in ICC. But i saw many Shadow Priests with lower GS and way more dps. So I read a lot i google and here on Warmane but I got to many different answers. I tried to use simcraft but it did not work in game (the command /simc) did not have any effect. I tried different gems and rotations or openders. But never more than 5200 dps. Cause idk how to export my Char details, I give You a dropbox link:

My rotation is: MF, VT, MB, SH:p, MF, DP, SF, MF, MB, SW:D; MF, MF, MF, MF, and so on (I found this on google - did best dps than the ones I used before)
My talents and glyphs are like all the websides say. Shadow glyphs etc. So the problem might not be there.
My internet has low ping, no lagging, my system is i7 7700, 32GB, RTX 2080 etc. but with reshade.

I need some help:

1. Is 5000 dps normal for a 5.9 gs Shadow Priest (unbuffed, single target on dummy in stormwind)?
2. What about the relation between haste, crit, hitrating, intellect and spellpower? Is there one or more of my stats way to low? Is there one stat to be pushed?
3. What about my gems? I changed the haste-gems back to spellpower+haste.
4. Will it be better, with a 4-item gearset-bonus?
5. Are there any Macros (found a lot on google but none worked) für Spell rotation? I am a Macro Noob. Only have makro for looking for Groups (Raids).

Learning WoW is like getting a paramedic (thats what I am). So much to learn and to understand :-)

4pt of T10 will help you greatly, it's like free haste for MF. Get the shoulders and chest of T10 next, you'll lose some GS, but the damage should increase.
Never clip any dots, if you see DP has 1s left, do MF, if you clip it you lose 1s of MF, 1 tick of dmg and more mana per damage.
Once you get T10 drop MB from your rotation, MF outperforms it.

I'm far from a good shadow priest, but you can check out the priest subforum and others there have explained everything way more than I could.

thx for Your help. Sorry for my late reply. I had a lot of work in my job. So: Now i have 4xT10 and I use an addon displying my dots for not clipping them. It works good. My dps raises to 7500+ dps on single targets. Thats ok for me.

Again THX for Your help. I never thougt, what impact that would have.
