WotLK Two Factor Authentication: Enabled DOESNT WORK

Hi, I have my premium account and I have activated Two Factor Authentication: Enabled so I can use my donor coins. However, when entering the game, it asks me for the authenticator code, but when entering the code, either from the Google Authenticator application or from the mail, after entering it, I get a window with a message saying that the information is wrong. I would like to know why I cannot enter :(

Hola, tengo mi cuenta premium y he activado Two Factor Authentication: Enabled para poder usar mis coins de donador. Sin embargo a la hora de entrar al juego, me pide el código del autenticador, pero a la hora de ingresar el código, ya sea desde la aplicación Google Authenticator o desde el correo, despues de ingresarlo, me sale una ventana con un mensaje diciendo que es erróneo la información. Quisiera saber por qué no puedo entrar :(

I had lot's of troubles with it too. When it gives me the code I copy and paste it from the email, but it declines it. When entering the code in the log-in screen, it gives you about 5-8 seconds to enter the code, so by the time I alt+tab to get the code, it has already expired and/or the login screen loses connection.

I had to disable it because I couldn't log-in anymore.
