Sketchy Payment Service?

I would like to donate to the servers to help with development as well as be able to skip the queue but when I click to donate, a payment processing partner pops up I have never see before. Being as I have never seen it before, I decided to google if it was safe. Almost every review I read on every site I went to said that it was not to be trusted. Apparently, it will allow you to make a payment then immediately give it back and block your account and then ask you for your photo ID, passport and full credit card info as well as a statement. It won't unlock your account until you supply their requested info. Basically, what I'm wondering is has anybody else here been having any issues like this? Is there any other way i could donate?

Just use a prepaid card, normally don't have issues with those.

That sounds skechy indeed. I personally can use visa and had no problems. But as chomlogo said, might be better choise to do that way. Also forums somewhere had guide for donating for other countries.
