Game Camera Issue

Hi, I'm having a problem with the camera as it will only look straight down on my character. I can't even look around with the mouse, it's literally locked over him looking down.

Just got a new PC w/ Windows 10 to replace a Windows 7 machine that was BsoDing daily... No problem getting the game to run but for some reason I'm having this camera issue. It will follow just slightly while running but as soon as I stop or click with the mouse to do anything it goes vertical again.

I'm playing WotLK and primarily on Icecrown, but also have an alt on Lordaeron that is having the same problem.

Originally I had all game files in the D: drive on my PC, just moved them to C: (a smaller SSD) and still having the problem. Also tried disabling all addons and that didn't help either.

Does anyone know how it can be fixed? TIA!

So I figured out the problem. I play the game in windowed mode b/c I have 2 screens & like to switch back and forth. With this new PC came a new connection port I had to get an adapter for. Basically adapted an HDMI cable to this other type of connection, which I think are simply called a "Display Port."

When maximized on the monitor connected to the VGA cable I have an issue, but no issue when not maximized. No issues at all on the Display Port connected monitor, maximized or not. No idea why there's a problem with VGA all of a sudden because I used to play it on VGA all the time.

Leaving all this here in case someone runs into the same problem.
