WotLK The Savior of Hallow's End

This is the last achievement I need for the Hallow's End and it's not working for me while it seems to be working for everyone else. I grab quest from the pumpkin after killing the headless horsemen. Turn it in at the Orphan matron and don't get achievement while everyone else around me gets it. Anyone have any clue what I'm missing? I have this achievement on my main. I'm completely confused why it would work for everyone around me but I haven't been able to get it for the past few days.

Well, turns out I was missing something obvious. There is a quest that only becomes available while the horsemen is out actively burning the town. You get it from matron. Got the achievement. :P
