Email Problems.

I haven't played in a while so i tried getting my old account back, the thing is i've got 0 emails from warmane in both emails (alt and main) no matter how many times i press "forgot username" website says that an email has been sent to this email if there's a registered one. I waited 10 minutes, 1 day but still no email from warmane is there anything i can do about it??
