WotLK Faction change

Hello, i have one question about faction change i couldnt really find the answer on the forum. If i change faction with my char, all the gear/gold/emblems that are in the bank+bags comes with it? the description is brief and only specifies the pvp parts lost so im assuming everything else is kept but im just asking to ease the mind.

you will not lose anything.

The only difference is that some Reputations and Race-Mounts will be converted into their equivalent of the new faction.
