I just started on this server and I already got banned? Can anyone here tell me how can I contact the GMs becous I can not submit a singel ticket on this site

Bans have the lowest priority when appealed therefore I recommend just waiting it out. It might take a week or more to get a reply on a ban appeal and even then it's 90% refusal to withdraw the ban.
