why is this even a thing on this server ..it wasnt a thing in retail WOTLK.you could spam random heroics all day non stop..lockouts never mattered unless you specificaly qued for a heroic and that only meant you couldnt do a specific que for it again that day it could still show up as your random..have seen past threads on this subject...people keep trying to say that the lockouts the way they currently are on the server are the way they were in WOTLK..and there WRONG..it NEVER stopped you from queing from random heroics on retail no matter how many you did in one day.its only made worse by the fact that a lot of people will refuse to kill certain bosses in heroics or occasionally they fall apart after first boss completly locking you out of that instance for the rest of the day and preventing you from getting your bonus triumph from completing that instance or killing certain skippable bosses.

Also, what if 1 person could get all the FoS PoS HoR gear in 1 day. Then they'd never run it via RDF, thus reducing the number of RDF queues. It never bothered me tbh.

Yea, I suppose you're right that you should be able to get it via random according to blue post on https://blue.mmo-champion.com/topic/...tool-mini-faq/
But here, where we're steady on 3.3.5 and will be for pretty much the rest of the remaining time in the universe, I'm guessing someone thought about it and figured oh, people could farm infinite something or other which isn't really good for a realm that's staying on one patch. Many things that work on retail don't here because of that.

Havent done rdf in month or so, but im pretty sure that only lock is x-many dungeon. I did my dungeon set farm in one day via finder. 100+ dung hc. Dont know if they changed it tho.

..i remember reading somewhere that it should reset all heroics once youve been in all in one day..i currently cant do heroic FOS through hor cus of ilvl...wont even let me que for normal..could this be preventing lockout reset?might clarify here...game wont let me que for normal TOC either...seems weird to me...shouldnt ilvl requirement be the same as any of the standard heroics? have even gotten some badge gear..

I ment. If you do random hc. You Do get saved for said hc. MEANING you cant que that hc, but you CAN do randoms without locking. Thats how it used to work.. Dunno now.

Try remove heirloom gear if you have any, they drop your average ilvl.
You can pass the RDF block by not using it, Just asking in global "LFM FOS, POS FARM" then enter with your "full green" character.
That's how people farm emblems, Normal dungeons don't give you lockouts.

A few months ago I did that, I got locked out of every instance in heroic mode, and I can assure you the game does not let you queue for random heroics until the next day, you get the "You do not meet the requirements for the chosen dungeons" yada yada yada.
I don't know if it's a bug or not, but if you are so sure it is, then report it.
