WotLK Can I get the frost and triumph

Killed the target for the weekly raid quest but didn't get credited the kill or any loot from the boss. Can I recieve 5 frosts and 5 truimphs.

No, you can't. Just do another quest.

I'm a player that's been playing here for long enough to tell you that you won't get those emblems from the staff. Either do some other weekly or wait for the reset on friday if you long for another Deconstructor run.

Just find another Sartharion, Anub or Instructor Razuvious quest, in just about 5 minutes I was online today I've seen at least 3 OS (Sartharion) runs.
Abandon the quest you have now, leader will share you the one for Sartharion.
