Burning Crusade Bugged Quest: As the Crow Flies in Zangarmarsh?

Is this quest bugged, I've tried on two different characters on the Lordaeron server to get this quest to work. Ysiel transforms me into a bird, flies around the lakes and returns me next to her but the quest remains uncompleted. Using the amulet again repeats the circuit as a crow but still doesn't complete. Is this a known bugged quest or am I doing something wrong during the quest to "fail" the quest. Abandoning the quest and reobtaining the quest also doesn't fix the issue. So far my only solution is just to ignore the quest, which really doesn't fix anything and leads to missing a few future quests in Zangarmarsh and some dungeon related quests.

Ah thank you, forgot to check under there. Seems to be already reported and I have already added a new comment and upvoted the issue, therefore making this point redundant and un-needed.
