Technical Cannot get voidwalker pet/quest as Warlock

So, I don't know what happened but I think I screwed up something with my Warlock.

I had the Blood Elf warlock quest to get the Void shard from the Ghostlands and then summon and defeat the voidwalker in Goldenmist Village. After doing that, while doing other quests, I accidentally deleted the void shard while making room in my inventory for other items. I wasn't able to turn my quest in without it, but I also wasn't able to go back and loot another voidshard from the ground. So I figured NBD I'll just abandon the quest and re-do it. Except now after abandoning the quest it's no longer offered. I don't have the Summon Voidwalker spell and I cannot get the quest again.

Help??
