I was reported by new players and wrongly banned due to distrupting gameplay and so I made ticked yesterday. Yet nobody did read it so im wondering if anybody read it?
Btw can anybody ever be punished for asking to kick from party on rhc if instance is bugged ? I did becouse they bugged instance and we couldn't continue anyway. Instead of kicking me they did report and so Im suspended....

You did not specify what kind of ticket you made and where. You have to make a ban appeal ticket using support system on website here.
Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take about a week.
Are you sure it was actually bugged and did you make it clear in the chat messages when asking to be kicked? If you didn't, they and the GM who checked the report might have misunderstood the situation.
This is what the rules say:
Your case does not match what the rule describes so I believe it's not bannable but you should make the reason for asking to be kicked clear to avoid misunderstandings.Avoiding the debuff: Sitting at the dungeon's door waiting to be kicked because you don't want to do it, forcing people to kick you so you can avoid the debuff is now punishable. Rather wait 30 minutes than a day. Please consider.

Yeah it was buggled and unable to continue but this "people" didnt understand it and after wipe Party leader forced to requeue instead of voting to kick. We were already 4/5 and so 1 NO stopped us from leaving party. I was about to sleep and wanted just 1 rhc thats why I asked for kick

Don't forget that they have to investigate which does take time and given it's been the holidays time period. It might take a while longer.
