WotLK Sons of Hodir Cold Hearted Quest

Problems:

1. Dragons are attackable.
2. Im Exalted in this Faction cant see the Qm for them.
3. Ticket not answered.
Droped quest and picked it back up.

Impossible to progress. I am already exhalted but I cant buy my enchant -.-

Don't know how to help, but just know being exalted doesn't matter. You need to progress the quest line in order to access the QM. I know you can't, just wanted you to how the quest is what's bugged, not the QM

Thanks for the Reply. I had to get in party and pay gold to get it complete. Well I got them all done and still dont see the Qm. I made another ticket.

Including the quests from the guy on top of the huge mountain which is being circled by drakes? Hm.

Maybe late, but here's a workaround:

If you have the reputation and have done the quests up to Cold Hearted, but can not interact with the proto-drakes:

Go and take the quest "Forging and Alliance": http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:Forging_an_Alliance

This will allow you to see the Sons of Hodir NPCs.

Do not turn the quest in. Once you abandon it, you will be back to the starting state. Just take the quest again if you need.
