Technical Internal LFG Error Paradox

So i leveled to 15 today and instantly queued for RDF. The first que group didnt accept but the second one did. When i accepted the que, my game instantly froze. I had to restart it, so did i. Then i realize the server itself (not client) sees me as if i was in a dungeon group, i cant invite/invited or queue to dungeons. And since no one can disband/kick me from the group, i am technically stuck from getting in a group or dungeon.
