Site Recaptcha challenge on account retrieval

I have another account that I was trying to remove 2-factor auth (changed phone, lost the authentication key generator).
But whenever I try to do that (Log In>"Two factor authentication issues?">Select two factor auth removal, enter my account), I get the following message:

I suppose there was supposed to be a recaptcha on the https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve page, but it's not there for some reason.

That is a bug. When you fill that form, instead of pressing the Enter key, you have to click the button with your mouse.
