is there any way to traspher characters between Icecrown and Lorderon? because i cannot play in the icecrown server and it's allways full

No. The reason for that is that Lordaeron has different rates and item restrictions that Icecrown doesn't. Shadowmourne is one big difference. At the same time, it's not fair to those people ON Lordaeron, that you get to level quick and run through all the content with the advantage of NOT having to deal with drastic changes for end game raids.

Lastly, people BUY items and use points to gear on Icecrown. If they allowed transfers, they might lose the majority of that server. (might).

No.

You can always dig up $10 from somewhere and donate. No more queues, and you get some sweets for yourself.
Ofc you can just deal with the queue, or avoid playing during peak times.
Considering how Lordaeron is hardcore blizzlike, why not start fresh there. See how far you can make it without the comforts of Icecrown's rates and item shops.
