Yeah thats becasue right now everyone and their grandmother is buying stuff from the store with points/coins they got from Warmane as a gift.
It will arrive just be patient.

There is a backlog of ingame mail deliveries due to new year gift deliveries happening at the same time.

Quite a massive backlog actually, they are processed in batches so it may take several hours.

Rest assured everything will be delivered in due time, nothing is lost, everyone will see log history etc.
