WotLK Help! My character can't move after dying

Good afternoon everyone!

It is my first time writing here, but I have a problem. Due to my Internet connection, I was lagging. I was also fighting against a mob. I've been kicked out of the game because of my connection, and I then found myself dead, surely because the mob killed me in the meantime. The problem is that I cannot talk to the Spirit in order to ressurect me, nor I can even walk. My ghost form can't move at all. Since I can't move and I can't talk to the Spirit, I cannot even ress. I've tried reloading or resetting all my instances, but none of that worked.

Does anyone know how to solve this bug, please?
