Few free coins?

I want to ask is it possible when I buy 10 coins, you can give me 3 for free or for in-game gold. I want to spend them on Amani war bear because its my favourite mount but I don't want to spend money (for now) for 20 coins. So... is it?

Then save coins and buy mount. Donate 10 euros and then farm gold in the game and sell it for coins. Once you get 20 > buy mount.

May I also ask what is the ratio? 1000g = 1 coin?

Depends on the market, right now, I've seen as low as 1.2k = 1 coin, and sometime not too long ago I saw as high as 2.3k = 1 coin
Make an Excel sheet and keep it updated, that's what I do, works great for me.
