Technical Internet speed

Hey,
I have an issue, whenever I run the 3.3.5a client(wod models), my internet speed drops from 20/6MBps to 0.4/0.1MBps, and makes other programs which require internet, such as Discord, unusable. Nothing is visible in the resource monitor when it happens, and no other program or game does this to my speed except WoW. Fixes?

I had similar problem with some specific programs(others worked perfectly) some time ago, turns out it was drivers fault since it was pretty new stuff. It presented as starting ok after I launch, then gradually it gets slower and slower and results as absolute choke after 15sec to 2minutes.

Updated driver when they released fix and everything went to normal, maybe upgrade or downgrade can help you.
