Technical Banned account

Hello,
I have tried to login into game and i got a message that my account was closed and no longer available for use.
In My account options I cannot find anything that would suggest that my account was banned, or anything that would suggest that there is something wrong with it. Even Account status states "In good standing".
I also cannot create ticket because I get an error "The selected ban is not valid, try again.". I have nothing to choose in the Existing bans dropdown menu.
Has anyone else experienced similar problem?

Strange, same thing happened to me 1 hour ago. Also wrote mail to them, thanks @skullatbash.

What puzzles me is the fact that I never use any kind of cheats (or cheat-related software for that matter), rule-breaking or inappropriate actions, VPN, anything; otherwise I would understand the banning. I hope you get a quick ban lift.

Yeah, I undestand, the same situation here. There was no response at all and I needed to go guild raid so I solved a problem myself. Just did a harware modem reset and boom, got another IP. Hope that Warmane won't ban me for that, lol.

Glad it worked for you. I too still haven`t gotten any response but tried logging into the game nonetheless and succeded - there is no ban. Maybe they lifted them but figured we would try playing anyway...
