Faction change

Hello Warmane community.
If I use the service Change Faction on a character that has reputations with Silvermoon, Orgrimmar etc to Exalted (also Argent Tournament reputations) will they change into Darnassus, Ironforge etc? Or do I have to re-do all the quests?
I am going for Crusader with Argent Tournament.

Thanks. After giving it a second read I realised Argent Tournament progress is gone.
