Quest count

Hello, I got a question about quest counting. First of all, I was Blood elf at first and then I transferred to alliance Night elf. At the moment I'm trying to do lo remaster Kalimdor achievement and there is some quest progress it shows like 50 quests completed. But which quests count? I went to Night elf starting zone and none of the quests were completed. I thought for example when I was blood elf and did starting zone quests they would be completed at Night elf starting zone when I transferred. So which quests counted towards the achievement or does it count me being Alliance now horde quests which I completed?

Kalimdor/Eastern kingdoms have tons of quests which are not counted to loremaster. It requires only 700 quests but there are more than 700 to do.
