This happened a couple days ago i went to the site shop in the first time since i came back to play and i was looking to buy the red Conqueror's Aegis helm for my red transmog on my paladin, i ended up buying an item called the "conqueror's aegis" logged in and saw it was the white version of the item, okay i went back bought a second one, turns out it was the same item, so i spent a total of 30 hard earned vote points on two identical items that i did not in any way want i provided some screenshots that should maybe make it easier for you to understand how i could have made such a mistake, no high hopes but if you could somehow refund me or provide me with the right item i would appreciate it :)
