WotLK Lost account... retrieve password function not working

So I recently lost my account on here. I don't play warmane very often anymore, but I like to come back every six months or so and play for a few weeks to mess around on my old characters. When I tried to log on a few days ago after a six month hiatus, it asked me for an authenticator code, which warmane has never asked me before. I tried to log onto my account on the warmane website so I could figure out what the authenticator thing was all about, and it told me my password was wrong (I don't think I've ever changed my password a single time since I made that account). I tried to use the retrieve password function, to which it said a retrieval link was sent to my email, but after several tries over the course of a few days there's still nothing in my email. I had to make this alternate account just to post on the forum. The account I lost is extremely old, I made it back when warmane was still a baby Molten. I had several toons with near best in slot gear, I had donated a handful of times, and I probably had several thousand hours invested in that account. I'm going to be incredibly heart broken to lose something I invested so much into. The account name was mrsamus and the associate email should be [email protected]
