So I clearly have on my T10 rogue shoulders/pants and chest
screenshots at the ready
but for some off reason, I'm not receiving credit for the shoulders on the bonuses
noticed suddenly when approaching 95 emblems for 4/5 T10
anyone had a similar issue, and Is it maybe because I have transmog on my shoulders?

This is a known visual bug. According to Proterean this bug is harmless, as it doesn't prevent the player from getting the tier bonus, but it can't be fixed due to client limitations.
