    Icecrown Citadel Ring

    Hello. I’m bad in English but I’ll try to explain the situation. I bought a character on your site for an alliance of not dressed level 80 with deleted things. I changed the fraction to the horde. I flew to the citadel of the ice corona to take the ring but it doesn’t work although the reputation is completely pumped up. Help solve this I will be very grateful to the problem.

    Open an ingame ticket and explain your situation. A GM will reset your quest and you can retake the ring. Might take a day or two for them to process your ticket tho, so don't panic if it's not fixed in half an hour.
